Job Description What will you

do?

Directly responsible for the achievement of the Process Automation aftermarket services sales volume and support for associated region of the USA.

Services Sales Executives

are responsible for participating in the entire sales process from identifying prospects to negotiating contracts for a specific product line.

Deliver against assigned annual quota targets & create and maintains territory-based account plans.

Responsible conducting consultative client centric campaigns to assist clients in developing long range services support plan

Execute competitive sales tactics to win business

Participate in contract negotiations

Manage demand and qualify specific product opportunities

Maintains accurate forecasting

Travel:

Up to 50% in the MidwestUSA

Knowledge Base:

Industry relationships - Established relationships within targeted industries (Chemical, Oil & Gas and Water & Wastewater, Power, and Minerals and Mining)

Industry and technology insight - A deep understanding of the impact of automation on a firm's business

Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Fundamental Understanding of Automation, Instrumentation and Electrical systems

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Willingness to log daily activities in Salesforce is essential

Willing and able to enter Industrial Process facilities

What qualifications will make you successful?

Highly organized and disciplined.

Strong communications skills, both written and oral. Ability to present at a board/executive committee level.

Planning - Ability to develop, communicate and execute both tactical and strategic sales plans.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.

2 + years of product and solution sales experience in the Process Automation field (preferred)

Experience in closing large/complex contracts

Ability to establish client relationships

Track record of meeting/exceeding annual quota

Experience selling with internal teams and 3rd party channel partners

Strong contract negotiations and closing skills

Superior presentation development and delivery skills
