Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will lead the day-to-day coordination of business analysis activities while ensuring clear communication across project teams and stakeholders. You will oversee deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to established methodologies and implementation processes.

This position requires strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily activities of Business Analysts and oversee associated deliverables

Track assignments, timelines, and milestones across core and contingency initiatives

Ensure methodologies, delivery frameworks, and implementation processes are followed

Balance business requirements with technical constraints and communicate effectively with both teams

Conduct in-depth analysis of business challenges and operational issues

Triage incoming requests, assign priorities, track progress, and assist with escalations

Identify team strengths and improvement areas to enhance performance

Recommend solutions that improve decision-making, system efficiency, and technology standards

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings

Collaborate with end users to define and execute test scenarios and ensure effective training

Analyze system development and maintenance requests to determine optimal solutions

Partner with development teams to create comprehensive Functional and Technical Requirements documentation

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

3+ years of staff management or team leadership experience

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Superior written and verbal communication abilities

Proven experience interfacing with both business and technical stakeholders

Preferred Experience

Experience with Bonaire Revport or similar platforms such as FiServ Advantage, Quartal Fee Manager, or Redi2 Revenue Manager
