Dual-Branded Director of Sales (DOS)
Leads sales strategies for two distinct hotel brands, often in one complex, focusing on maximizing revenue and market share for both. Responsibilities include creating joint marketing campaigns, managing sales teams for both properties, and managing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develops and executes sales action plans for both brands, focusing on revenue, market share, and segment growth.
Revenue Management: Works with General Managers to set rate strategies and optimize yields for both properties.
Sales Execution: Leads the sales team to solicit, book, and service group/transient business for both brands.
Relationship Management: Builds relationships with key accounts, community partners, and stakeholders.
Analysis & Reporting: Monitors market trends and competitors to adjust strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a DOS or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
