What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing & engaging with leads via CRM, chat, text, phone, and social media
Matching Guests with the perfect vehicle to meet their needs
Shooting quick video walkarounds and sending to interested buyers
Preparing and presenting vehicles for test drives
Guiding Guests through the full sales journey — from first touch to delivery
Staying up to speed on vehicle knowledge, competitive models, and handling objections with confidence
Building long-term Guest relationships and developing a personal book of repeat business
Assisting with vehicle delivery, service introductions, and follow‑up communications
✅ What You’ll Need:
Prior retail or automotive sales experience (preferred)
A passion for people, performance, and personal development
Comfort using technology: CRM tools, Microsoft Office, social media, and messaging platforms
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus!
A professional appearance and attitude
A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
