
Overview
General Summary and Scope: The District Director is responsible for leading the district through ATIs mission, vision and values to develop high performing clinics within their district which consistently deliver growth and extraordinary customer outcomes. In this role, you will have a direct reporting relationship to ATIs Regional Vice President. This is a senior leadership role where you will be responsible for carrying out the strategy and policies for your district which aligns to ATIs broader goals, including ownership of your district P&L.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed district goals related to financial and operational performance metrics
Responsible for labor management for the district
Serve as the liaison between clinic management and the regional leadership team
Proactively identify underperforming metrics for the district and develop strategies to close the gap
Ability to spearhead building of key relationships with new and existing physicians or other referral sources
Build a team culture which aligns with ATIs mission
Manage float pool staff as necessary
Support development of Clinic Directors to ensure high performance of each respective clinic. This includes feeling comfortable in providing critical feedback when necessary and annual performance development discussions
Empower employees within your span of control through leadership training in an effort to maximize the potential of your direct reports within the organization
Expectation to visit each clinic within the district routinely to enable strong relationships and have a deep knowledge of clinic staff
Encompass process efficiency mindset and actively provide suggestions on changes to manager as well as execute on changes
Oversee compliance standards for the district
Approve expenses for the district
Develop strong relationship with sales organization partner to ensure adequate referral flow and conversion to the district
Acting as a back-up for patient treatment where absolutely necessary
Interviewing/onboarding of clinicians for your region
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college
Natural born leader with prior leadership experience and the ability to drive performance and motivate employees
The candidate must possess a naturally curious and analytical mindset, with a strong financial acumen, being laser focused on operating efficiencies
Proficient in basic technology such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and feel comfortable reviewing reports and metrics
The District Director must work with a high sense of urgency and have the ability to communicate/execute both at the tactical and strategic levels
Partnership with various business functions is integral. The candidate must exhibit a balanced perspective and innately reach out to stakeholders to gain buy in
The District Director will be responsible for executing on strategy and policies. Demonstrated experience in this area is critical for success
