NatureMetrics is seeking a dynamic Conservation Account Manager to join our team in London. As a market leader in nature tech, we are dedicated to making nature measurable and actionable at scale. Our platform provides key insights into species, habitats, and nature‑related risks, enabling businesses to make smarter, more sustainable decisions. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in the conservation and NGO sector to drive account growth and promote the adoption of our biodiversity solutions. You will work closely with clients to integrate nature data into their monitoring strategies, supporting informed, cost‑effective decision‑making that aligns with global biodiversity targets. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of nature data and strategic planning across global projects. Responsibilities
Maximise Revenue and Growth: Develop strategies to drive net revenue retention and annual recurring revenue. Identify and Capture Opportunities: Leverage expertise in biodiversity to uncover new opportunities. Deliver Tangible Value: Ensure clients realize clear ROI from our solutions. Cultivate Strong Client Relationships: Establish trust‑based relationships with key clients. Drive Client Success: Engage clients regularly to align solutions with their objectives. Enhance Client Satisfaction: Monitor retention and satisfaction, tailoring solutions to client needs. Upsell and Cross‑Sell: Identify value‑adding services for clients. Ensure Seamless Project Delivery: Oversee delivery of projects within client accounts. Maximise Account Potential: Understand client structures and identify collaboration opportunities. Expand Market Presence: Utilize expertise to broaden market presence. Advocate for Our Solutions: Represent NatureMetrics at industry events. Requirements
Significant experience in account management within the conservation sector. Proven track record in revenue growth and client base expansion. Strong understanding of challenges in the conservation sector. Active involvement with industry stakeholders and events. Excellent presentation skills. Benefits
