Personal Assistant

I run a luxury real estate team in Southlake and have three kids with busy schedules. I need someone who can handle the daily execution of my life - mornings with kids, school logistics, errands, personal appointments, and real estate support tasks. This is a straightforward execution role focused on reliable follow-through on the things that keep my life running smoothly. As a family: Both parents work full time and want to spend every minute not working doing puzzles, riding bikes, and reading books with our sweet elementary-aged kiddos! This role requires a strong sense of urgency, a can-do attitude, and thick skin. I'm a direct communicator and straight shooter. If I need avocado toast brought to an appointment, you make it happen without hesitation. If kids need to be out the door on time, they're out the door on time - no excuses. You can handle tasks, ideas, vague concepts fed through a firehouse, and not be fazed! Salary: $50,000/year | Hours: 7 am-4 pm, Monday-Friday | PTO: After 6 months
