How You’ll Make an Impact

Respond to inbound sales calls nationwide and meet key performance standards

Offer bundled internet, mobile, telephone, and video solutions while educating customers about Spectrum’s products and billing

Present tailored sales proposals and maximize opportunities to sell additional services

Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Work with support teams to complete sales and resolve customer inquiries

Evaluate client locations for service feasibility and coordinate construction estimates

Stay informed on competitors to effectively position Spectrum’s offerings

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a call center environment with a variable schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays, however most of our agents work Monday through Friday

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

1+ years of sales experience in a professional setting, preferably with evidence of prior success in business-to-business sales

Or 2+ years of college education, associate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Proven professional sales performance

Knowledge of cable communications products like video, data, and voice

Preferred Qualifications Education

Associate’s degree or higher in a related field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related)

Experience

2+ years sales experience with Voice, Data and Video solutions for small or mid-sized businesses

2+ years of call center sales experience in business-to-business or telecommunications
