Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the company's goals and objectives for video content
- Collaborate with creative team members to develop concepts and storyboards for videos
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that align with the company's brand and vision
- Use visual effects, graphics, and sound to enhance the overall quality of videos
- Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet the company's standards
- Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate video production processes and techniques
- Manage and maintain video equipment and software
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and editing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in video production and editing
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid
- Strong understanding of color correction, sound mixing, and visual effects
- Excellent storytelling and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous video projects
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their video requirements
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus
