Compensation:
Base salary starting at

Job Requirements
A passion for helping seniors
A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere forresidents, family & friends, and all team members.
Excellentwritten and verbal skills and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office,CRM, etc.) for effective communication.
Flexibilityto work weekends, evenings and flexible hours as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership inthe area of sales and marketing with the goal of improving and/or maintainingthe census of the community.
Nurturing relationships with prospects, contacts and referral sources to meet established sales and occupancy goals.
Develop and execute Marketing Action Plans.
Create and foster a salesculture within the community.
Superviseand manage Marketing Associate and/or Marketing Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Supervisory experience in senior living preferred.
