The Appointment Setter position at CHCP is a pivotal role within our Admissions team, designed to facilitate prospective students' initial engagement with our institution. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual who excels in communication and thrives in a structured, goal-driven environment. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for initiating meaningful interactions with potential students, scheduling appointments with Admissions Advisors, and contributing to the seamless enrollment process.

Initiate outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries to schedule appointments with prospective students.

Utilize pre-approved scripts to address objections and confirm appointment details effectively.

Consistently meet or exceed established daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments in compliance with organizational procedures.

Adhere to a mandatory weekend work schedule as assigned.

Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.

Possession of a high school diploma or GED is required.

1–3 months of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor.

Ability to engage in prolonged phone conversations with confidence and clarity.

Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and capacity to work independently within a structured framework.
