
About the Role
As
SeniorEmployee Benefits Client Manager , you join a progressive insurance agency that has grown so rapidly (and will continue to do so) that its current staff has reached capacity. Built like a consulting firm, you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex cases as a key member of the service team.
Duties & Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities involve relationship development with current clients and executing service strategies. Key responsibilities include:
Work closely with the producer and internal service team to plan, execute, and track customized service strategies for each client
Manage proposals, providing a summary of programs and options, service plan, and other deliverables
Strength client relationships, meeting in-person to build rapport and trust as well as discuss tactical issues like coverage terms and conditions, timely renewal execution, open enrollments, billing, claims, and any other issues
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of comparable experience in group benefits client service and policy administration
Active state insurance license
