What You’ll Do: Coca‑Cola Beverages Florida (Coke Florida) is seeking a Customer Account Manager (CAM) to lead and manage the Winn‑Dixie business within the Large Store channel. This role is responsible for developing customer‑specific business plans, optimizing price/package strategy, managing promotional architecture, and ensuring strong execution across the organization.

As the primary point of contact between Coke Florida and Winn‑Dixie, you will collaborate closely with retail partners and internal teams—including Revenue Management, Category Leadership, Product Supply, and our Large Store field organization—to drive volume, revenue, share, and profit.

Strategic Customer Leadership

Serve as the primary customer owner for Winn‑Dixie within the Large Store channel.

Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with customer and CCBF strategies.

Build influential, trust‑based relationships with buyer‑level and cross‑functional leaders at Winn‑Dixie.

Identify short‑ and long‑term growth opportunities across pack strategy, innovation, pricing, shopper marketing, and category solutions that accelerate volume, share, revenue, and profit for Coke Florida and Winn‑Dixie.

Price/Package Architecture & Promotional Strategy

Lead development of annual price/package plans and promotional architecture.

Work with Revenue Management to deliver profitable price/package strategies and efficient promotional funding.

Align promotional calendars with customer goals and CCBF strategic priorities.

Conduct post‑promotional performance analysis and recommend future improvements.

Execution Excellence & Cross‑Functional Alignment

Translate business plans into actionable directions for Market Units and Large Store field teams.

Partner with Category Leadership to deliver insights, assortment recommendations, and category solutions.

Communicate customer strategies, promotional commitments, and performance KPIs across the organization.

Ensure alignment and collaboration between CCBF, United bottlers, and segmented territories supporting Winn‑Dixie.

Business Management & Forecasting

Manage customer forecasts and ensure accuracy in partnership with Product Supply.

Collaborate with Finance and Business Planning to monitor performance versus plan.

Identify risks and opportunities, adjusting strategic and tactical plans as needed.

Customer Operations Partnership

Provide direction to Customer Operations teams supporting PPP, DMS, PICOs, invoicing, tagging/scanning issues, item setup, and overall item lifecycle management.

Ensure flawless execution of pricing, promotions, and operational processes.

Contracting & Negotiation

Lead negotiation and renewal of customer agreements, programs, and incentives.

Secure incremental displays, expanded space, additional promotions, and multi‑brand selling opportunities.

For this role, you will need:

5+ years of experience in consumer goods (beverage or grocery retail preferred)

Strong understanding of Large Store operations, merchandising, and shopper behavior

Experience developing customer business plans and promotional/price‑package strategies

Strong analytical skills; familiarity with syndicated data tools (Nielsen, Numerator, etc.)

Proven negotiation and influencing skillsAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities

Additional Qualifications to make you successful:

Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience preferred

Category management experience or partnership with insights teams

Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills

High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
