Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:
Lead all aspects of finance, accounting, FP&A, and financial operations
Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and Leadership Team on performance, profitability, and growth initiatives
Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
Deliver timely financial reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision‑making
Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the business
Establish and monitor KPIs across departments to drive accountability and results
Partner closely with operations and product leaders to analyze margins, pricing, and cost structure
Implement process improvements, systems enhancements, and reporting automation
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and accounting best practices
Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team
Qualifications for the Director of Finance:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and business partnerships
Manufacturing or product-based industry experience strongly preferred (not required)
Proven background in FP&A, budgeting, cash flow management, and operational finance
Experience working with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
Hands‑on, collaborative leadership style with strong communication and business acumen
