What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and proven sales techniques
Deliver polished sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with confidence
Partner closely with the maintenance team to ensure seamless service delivery
Keep accurate, organized records of sales activities and client communication

Requirements What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred
Demonstrated success in sales within the maintenance or HVAC industry
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with your team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
