Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options and reservations

Assist with booking and confirming flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages

Review travel details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and accommodations

Provide clear communication before, during, and after travel

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Deliver professional and timely customer support

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms

Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting

Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
