We are hiring a
Bilingual Leasing Assistant
to support daily leasing and property management operations. This role is ideal for someone with customer service or administrative experience who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast‑paced office. You’ll assist with leasing, tenant communication, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and marketing support. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with showing rental homes and supporting the leasing process
Help process rental applications, leases, and resident paperwork
Support move‑in, move‑out, and routine property inspections
Create and follow up on maintenance work orders
Communicate with residents, vendors, and internal team members
Maintain accurate records in the property management system
Provide professional, friendly customer service in English and Spanish
Assist with office administration and daily operations
Post on social media and support property marketing efforts
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of leasing experience in property management
Bilingual Spanish/English required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Bonus:
This position includes a bonus based on meeting key performance indicators.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm + Saturdays required (you will have Wednesdays off during the week)
