Our client is seeking a senior Marketing Operations & Strategy Consultant to translate leadership priorities into scalable execution across marketing programs, operating models, and AI-enabled initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Translate leadership priorities into operating plans, timelines, and measurable success metrics
Lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through execution
Design and evolve scalable operating models, workflows, and reporting frameworks
Build dashboards, trackers, and executive-ready materials to support decision-making
Own performance tracking across OKRs, KPIs, and marketing metrics
Identify process gaps and drive continuous operational improvements
Lead AI adoption across marketing operations and embed AI-enabled insights into workflows
Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and performance
Partner cross-functionally across marketing, creative, analytics, and delivery teams
Provide operational leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality execution
Support client initiatives and business development through structured planning and scoping
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience in marketing operations, program management, or strategy within consulting, agency, or technology environments
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated fluency in AI and embedding AI-enabled insights into operational workflows
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Analytical, systems-minded approach to process improvement
Advanced proficiency building slide decks, dashboards, and operational tools
Must reside in NYC, Los Angeles, or the Bay Area
