Duties Reviews sketches, plans and other drawings; creates accurate layouts of work and determines material needs; may measure space for dimensions; works collaboratively to provide instruction, assistance and technical guidance to fellow Furnishings Artisans. Constructs complex cabinetry and other furniture and woodwork; operates a variety of tools such as table saws, shapers, lathes, routers, planers, and related powered equipment and hand tools to cut, mold, shape and turn wood, finish, join and fit pieces. Repairs office furniture. Installs cabinetry including freestanding and built‑ins. Operates, cleans, and maintains Cabinet Shop equipment. Other duties as assigned.
