Job Description
The Regional Sales and Education Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, leading the region’s sales, education, and event strategy and execution. Additionally the Regional Sales and Education Manager will lead a team of Sales and Education Executives in their respective territory.

Sales

Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS), Mix of Business (MOB), Budget (Sales Plan), door ranking, productivity and product ranking.

Accountable for achieving sales goals

Partner with National Field Director to determine individual region priorities and goals to drive sales

Analyze and record sales on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis

Create tools to support Field Development, Strategy & Tracking of ROI on investments being made in the Field.

Analyze regional business performance and respond to opportunities through education and operational adjustment.

Partner with SEEs & Director to identify whitespace opportunities, productivity drivers, and market expansion strategies.

Foster brand and retailer relationships by aligning efforts and focus across strategic initiatives

Lead end‑to‑end strategic business planning, execution and implementation with Field, Retailer Regional and Store Management

Share meaningful insights and feedback with leadership that celebrate successes, surface challenges, and support the continued evolution of the brand.

Responsible to manage, develop and support field and freelance team

Implement door development plans and schedule support to address business growth needs.

Responsible for the scheduling priorities of all Sales and Education Executives & Coordinators to meet sales objectives.

Partner with Field team and collaborate with Director to manage the required inventory levels and accurate stock files, escalating inventory needs by channel to optimize sales.

Education / Artistry

Demonstrate a high level of makeup artistry skills with the ability to teach others

Ability to develop others through hands‑on demonstration, team selling, and coaching

Provides side‑by‑side leadership and motivation on the sales floor with Field, staff and management teams.

Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases

Facilitate and support brand and retailer trainings – in‑store, remote locations, and virtual

Work with Brand Education to identify & communicate Education needs for sales growth

Own on‑boarding training for new Field employees, as well as ensuring ongoing training is part of the development journey.

Complete all education and training programs as outlined by management.

Maintain education tools and kits to a high standard, including communication and replenishment needs.

Manage gratis allocation including inventory, assembly, and distribution as needed

Events

Support Planning and execution processes for regionally impactful store events that meet brand standards

Facilitate and support brand events in partnership with Field team including planning, execution, recap, and follow up

Manage allocation of regional event resources, T & E/Freelance budget to support driving ROI for brand events

Manage regional TOA allocations including inventory, assembly, and distribution as needed

Oversee/Manage Event Collateral – include transport, set up, and tear down event kits/supplies/collateral

Maintain event tools to a high standard and communicate replenishment needs.

Additional

Owns logistics of trainings and events including planning, execution, recap and follow up

Maximize ROI by scheduling time in store during peak business hours, including weekends.

Build relationships that are meaningful through strong communication, reliability and partnership.

Maintain the retailer‑specific in store standards and policies at all times.

Follow brand budget guidelines and manage monthly spend and team budgets

Manage gratis allocation including inventory, assembly and distribution as needed

Maintain VM Standards & Guidelines in all retail locations and provide insights.

Support Field Team in Recruitment Hiring and Training of Retail and Freelance members and manage processes.

Continuously recruit, train, and manage field & freelance team (including scheduling)

Own on‑boarding training for new Field employees, as well as ensuring ongoing training is part of the development journey.

Maintain and develop a talent bench in the region for future growth opportunities.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and include insights from Field.

Conduct market visits to continually assess Field and retailer development opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years relevant work experience as Account Executive or Education Executive

Team player who leads by example

Passionate about clean beauty

Strong leadership skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Makeup artistry skills with ability to connect artistry and education to sales

Available to work weekends

Ability to travel throughout region for events, trainings and store visits

Ability to interact with all levels of management, work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships

Ability to work independently

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (i.e.: verbal, written, group presentation and through facilitation)

Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills

Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT

Proficiency in Google Drive preferred

The base salary for this position will range from $107,000 - 119,000. Exact compensation may vary based on job related skills, experience, and location.
