About Our Agency I opened my agency in May of 2001 and we’ve built a close-knit team of three with exciting plans to keep growing. Outside of work, I’m a former college softball player and was co‑captain of the Lady Knights softball team. I’m also active in my local church and enjoy being involved in the community, including as a member of the Waukesha Car Club.

Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Maggie Bringa - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
