Job Description You will be the primary bridge between Diaflow and our customers in the US. Your goal is not just to sell, but to consult, retain, and grow our client base by ensuring they achieve success using our platform..

Consultative Selling:

Handle inbound leads and actively reach out to potential B2B clients (SMEs, Agencies, Enterprises) in the US. Conduct demos to showcase how Diaflow solves their specific pain points.

Pipeline Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met.

Upselling & Expansion:

Identify opportunities within the existing customer base to upgrade plans or cross-sell new features/services based on their evolving needs.

2. Client Relationship & Success (Farming)

Onboarding & Adoption:

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to set up their first automation flows or chatbots effectively.

Relationship Management:

Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Act as their strategic advisor to ensure high satisfaction and minimize churn.

Problem Resolution:

Serve as the first point of contact for commercial issues or critical escalations, coordinating with the Support/Tech team to resolve them quickly.

3. Market Insights & Collaboration

Voice of the Customer:

Gather feedback, feature requests, and pain points from American clients and relay them to the Product team to help improve the platform.

Market Strategy:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to localize sales materials and identify key vertical markets (e.g., E-commerce, Real Estate, Education) ripe for automation adoption in the US.

Skills & Experiences Experience:

2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in the

SaaS, Software, or Agency

industry.

Consultative Mindset:

Strong ability to listen, analyze client needs, and propose technological solutions rather than just "pushing" a product.

Communication:

Native

American

with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Good command of

English

(Reading & Writing) to understand technical documentation and communicate with the internal product team.

Sales Hygiene:

Proficient in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) to track leads and activities.

Result-Oriented:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas/targets.

Advanced Requirements (Nice to have) Experience or strong interest in

Chatbots, CRM, Automation (Zapier/Make), or AI technology .

Existing network of connections with SME owners, Marketing Agencies, or Tech decision-makers in the US.

Basic technical understanding (API, Webhook) to confidently discuss integration possibilities with technical clients.

Ability to work under high pressure and adapt quickly to the fast-paced changes of the AI industry.
