We have warm leads from customers interested in our moving services, it’s your job to explain our services and book them!
What We Offer
NO COLD CALLING! All inbound sales leads
During your training and ramp-up period - we guarantee a sign-on commission and bonus package for your first 3 months of $2000/month!
Work weeks are 35-45 hours depending on time of year. You will receive a base hourly wage (starting at $12) plus monthly customer service and team sales bonuses ($250-$1000+/mo) and monthly sales commissions (unlimited, but average $2,500/mo). Your sales commissions are based on your performance and talent in closing a sale. This is a great role for those who are self-starting and enjoy a fast-paced work environment! Our Inside Sales bring in $50k - $80k+ a year! Compensation ceiling is unlimited!

What You'll Do
Recommend and estimate moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
Provide outstanding customer service on all calls, emails, texts and online inquiries (50-100 calls per day) with strong emphasis on accurate estimates and closing the sale
Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
All other duties as assigned
Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
Who We're Looking For
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, some college is strongly preferred
At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication
Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
Good grammar, voice and diction
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Able to perform basic business math
Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values
