Job Description Addison Group is seeking an Account Manager on behalf of our client to drive success and growth across key accounts. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who excels at building strong client relationships and delivering meaningful solutions. You’ll act as the primary client contact, identify opportunities to expand services, and ensure clients gain maximum value from the company’s offerings.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage and grow client accounts while promoting the full suite of products and services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring responsive and proactive support.

Understand client needs and recommend solutions that meet business objectives.

Maintain thorough knowledge of platform features, pricing, and client programs.

Oversee client databases and account documentation for accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are planned and executed successfully.

Attend client meetings, events, and trade shows as needed (approximately 20% travel).

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing or account management role.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Experience in marketing, production, or client services is preferred.
