Ideal candidate will live in FL, GA, Carolinas, VA, and/or along the Eastern US area.
LET’S GET BREWING! Reporting to our Director of Sales – Foodservice, the Regional Sales Manager will develop strategies to capitalize business opportunities, ensure profitable performance of categories, and exceed sales objectives for regional key accounts.

Responsibilities
Ensures profitable growth in sales and revenue through strategic planning, execution and broker management.
Accountable for all selling aspects including developing and driving sales plan, trade fund planning, deduction management, equipment management, and forecasting.
Manages the Regional Account business with the goal of gaining new distribution and promotional activity through direct interaction with the sales team, buyers and brokers.
Develops and maintains strong business relationships with customers and brokers by fully understanding their objectives, strategies and plans for development.
Effectively manages and controls trade fund budget - leverages AR7 Management software to proactively improve execution and close gaps to plan.
P&L responsibility for accounts.
Prepares and analyzes sales and statistical reports relating to pricing, inventory, new items, forecasting and expenses for all product categories.
Proactively partners with Marketing and New Product Development to launch new products into the market while maintaining proper assortment and distribution.
Analyzes business trends using syndicated data to develop and implement category strategies that grow profit and volume including category direction, new product development recommendations, trade marketing needs, pricing and distribution strategies.
Schedules travel and participate in sales meetings and trade shows.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Professional Selling and Sales, Marketing or related Business field.
5+ years of food/beverage foodservice sales experience selling to multi‑unit chains, large leverage operators, and major distributors and customers including but not limited to US Foods, Sysco, GFS, & PFG.
Broker management experience is a must.
Passionate leader with experience managing both existing relationships and developing new partnerships within foodservice.
Proactive, self‑starter with demonstrated success of consistently achieving sales volume, distribution, and profitability goals regardless of obstacles or circumstances.
Strong sense of urgency, responsive and flexible with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Energetic and optimistic disposition with the ability to positively influence others.
Confident and decisive decision maker; resourceful and innovative problem solver with ability to identify alternative solutions and select the best option.
Sound financial acumen.
Proficient in MS Office Programs; advanced Excel skills.
Willingness and ability to travel ~50% of the time, or as needed, throughout designated territory to meet with customers.
