Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Specialist, located in Spokane, WA. The Relationship Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, delivering excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, supporting business growth initiatives, and facilitating financial services tailored to the needs of clients. The candidate will work closely with team members to ensure goals are achieved and will contribute to the success of AFC by maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications Strong Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building skills to establish and maintain client and stakeholder trust. Experience in Customer Service and effective Communication to address client needs and provide outstanding support. Basic understanding of Finance principles to support clients with tailored financial solutions. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in relevant software tools and a growth-oriented mindset are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
