What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management in an assigned book of business, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong relationships
Align Waste Management products and services with customer needs and increase account penetration through consultative selling
Negotiate, update, and renew customer service agreements to maximize profits
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to resolve customer escalations and issues
Generate new business through cold calling and prospecting outside of the assigned book of business
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
Minimum 1 year of experience with Waste Management or 5 years of business-to-business account management at a proficient level
Must reside in the U.S. and live within the Four Corners Market Area (AZ, UT, NM, or CO)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in consultative selling and customer relationship management
Familiarity with sales productivity software tools such as Salesforce.com or similar
Proven ability to negotiate and manage service agreements effectively
