Account Coordinator
who is excited to learn and be involved in a rapidly growing office environment. This opportunity is well suited for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is seeking to grow in their career in client services.
The
Account Coordinator
assists with client management and project execution for various industries under a wide range of categories including but not limited to: product launches, customer facing events and road shows, press events, employee events, consumer events, B2B meetings and video production in both live and virtual settings.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Project Ownership:
Full Accountability: Own your workflow from end-to-end—managing timelines, prioritizing competing tasks, and ensuring high-quality design solutions are delivered on schedule.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Act as a self-starter who identifies opportunities to elevate agency standards and leads internal initiatives with an "ideas-first" mindset.
Client Development & Strategy Support:
Insights Maven: Fuel the client development team with deep-dive research into brands, industries, and audience trends to sharpen our competitive edge.
New Business Lead: Serve as the central hub for pitch essentials, managing everything from brand language and team bios to capabilities decks.
Marketing Catalyst: Partner with Strategy and Marketing to craft compelling social content and coordinate high-stakes award submissions.
Communication & Collaborative Spirit:
Voice & Vision: Confidently articulate your design process and contribute your unique perspective during internal brainstorms and client presentations.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Build seamless relationships across Strategy, Account, and Production teams to ensure every project hits the mark on budget and scope.
Team-First Mentality: Bring a flexible, "all-hands-on-deck" attitude to the fast-paced New York environment, jumping in wherever the agency needs you most.
Business Operations & Logistics:
Pitch Precision: Support the New Business team by assembling high-impact presentations and maintaining master credential decks for the Imagination suite of services.
Project Stewardship: Maintain organized digital ecosystems and facilitate smooth financial workflows by liaising between Project Management and Finance for invoicing and expenses.
Administrative Excellence:
Executive Support: Manage high-level scheduling, agenda preparation, and expense reporting as needed.
Meeting Mastery: Coordinate internal and external functions where needed, providing meticulous contact reports and ensuring all follow-up actions are executed.
Culture & Environment: Lead the charge on office communications and the planning of agency events—from happy hours and offsites to bespoke branded gifting and community drives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
0-2 years of proven professional work experience
Excellent communication skills—this is a client-facing role and requires the skill to communicate well at all levels.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Proven efficiency, strong accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
Strong numeracy and database management skills
Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel as well as Google Slides and Sheets competency is essential
Familiarity with local and national restaurants, venues, and hotels beneficial to the role
