We are looking for a Construction Superintendent with strong experience in new construction custom home builds. Job requirements include a minimum of 10-years high end custom home building experience with a proven history of supervision and management level work. This is a full-time position with projects spanning across Arcadia, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and the Southeast Valley.
Responsibilities include the supervision of all on-site construction operations, including the scheduling of all sub-contractors, resolving day-to-day job site issues, inspecting all construction work to ensure high quality workmanship and compliance with plans, specifications, and code, and maintaining onsite safety, organization, and cleanliness.
