Role Responsibilities
Help customers and technicians identify and select the right parts and accessories, offering product information and recommendations. Process sales, handle phone inquiries, locate parts in-store, and order back-ordered items as needed. Stock shelves, organize parts, perform counts, and ensure accurate stick levels. Maintain sales records, communicate with suppliers, and follow up on special orders. Keep the parts counter are clean, organized, and handle deliveries/ pickups. Employee Prerequisites
Streamlined onboarding process Sales experience and knowledge of automotive parts are preferred. (pay based on experience) Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for up to 5 hours and lift up to 100 lbs. Job Type
