Position Responsibilities

Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, defining vision and strategy aligned with business objectives

Gather stakeholder input, prioritize features, and ensure cross-team alignment for project management

Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring the RDS platform meets accessibility and usability standards

Write and maintain code in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python to enhance web interfaces and functionality

Utilize data and automation tools for data analysis and create scripts to streamline processes and improve accuracy

Design user-friendly interfaces for responsive layouts across all devices, optimizing websites for speed and scalability

Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field with 4 to 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 to 9 years of specific experience

Proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python

Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive design practices

Experience with design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

Understanding of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices

Knowledge of RESTful API practices including tools such as POSTMAN

Ability to create mockups, prototypes, and wireframes that align with business goals and user needs

This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
