Overview Publicis Re:Sources Design Team is looking for an Associate UI/UX Designer who enjoys building real products, not just concepts. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused. You will work on internal and client‑facing applications used by professional users across multiple domains.

We are looking for someone who can design on the ground – wireframes, flows, UI components – while also being comfortable working independently on smaller initiatives. You should be curious, structured, and confident enough to move a project forward without constant direction.

This is a growth role with strong mentorship and increasing ownership over time.

Responsibilities

Support end‑to‑end UX and UI design across web and application products.

Translate business and product requirements into user flows and wireframes.

Create high‑fidelity UI designs aligned with design standards and brand.

Contribute to and use existing design systems.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers.

Participate in user research and usability testing when needed.

Present design work clearly and explain your reasoning.

Revise and improve designs based on feedback.

Maintain organized files and documentation.

Qualifications Required

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design (internships included).

Experience designing web or application interfaces.

Proficiency in Figma.

Understanding of UX fundamentals: user flows, information architecture, usability principles.

Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Strong communication skills.

Preferred

Experience working with design systems.

Exposure to usability testing or user interviews.

Experience designing tools for professional or internal users.

Familiarity with accessibility standards.

What We’re Looking For

A practical designer who enjoys solving real product problems.

Someone comfortable executing detailed UI work.

Able to manage tasks independently once aligned on direction.

Curious and willing to ask questions.

Organized and reliable.

Open to mentorship and continuous learning.
