TheSeniorExecutive Protection Specialistpositionisasenior memberofthe team, responsible for supporting and executing Executive ProtectionProgram requirements. Provides advanced protective services to designated principals with responsibility for complex advances, travel coordination, and acting-in-charge when designated. Develops and executes protection plans and acts as tactical lead for advances, travel, and events. The position supports training, quality assurance of training and operations, and equipment readiness. Mentors specialists and maintains high readiness and professionalism.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Conduct venue and route advances and develop contingency plans
Develop campus/near-campus operations plans
Provide close protection and secure movements for principals and family as directed
Coordinate with hotels, venues, event staff, and carriers
Maintain logs, shift reports, and incident documentation
Inspect and maintain medical equipment, communications, and vehicles
Support residential and workplace security measures
Participate in training, drills, and skills sustainment
This position is 50% remote, individual must live within driving distance to Mayo Clinic campus
