Knowledge & Skills Key Duties, Activities and Responsibilities
Originate, manage, and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial relationships in the $200k-$2mllion range.
Work directly with business owners and decision-makers to provide customized financing solutions.
Analyze and underwrite commercial loan requests in accordance with bank policy and regulatory standards.
Manage all aspects of the credit process, from origination and analysis through closing and ongoing portfolio management.
Partner with credit analysts, portfolio managers, and senior management to ensure sound credit decisions.
Monitor loan performance and proactively manage potential risks or problem credits.
Actively participate in community events and business networking to build visibility and new business leads.
Work Experience, Skills and Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
