
We are partnering with a fast‑growing financial technology company seeking a
CRM Marketing Specialist
to support a key team member’s upcoming leave. This is a four‑month contract opportunity beginning in mid‑April, with onboarding and shadowing built into the timeline.
This role will focus on driving customer engagement and retention through multi‑channel lifecycle marketing efforts. This is a hybrid opportunity in the city of Chicago.
Responsibilities
Execute and manage CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in‑app messaging
Support campaign QA, testing, workflow approvals, and platform maintenance
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights on engagement, activation, and retention
Run A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness
Partner cross‑functionally to align messaging with broader business initiatives
Contribute to testing roadmaps and new engagement strategies
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with a CRM platform (Iterable or similar preferred)
Experience executing multi‑channel campaigns within a technical marketing environment
Strong attention to detail and comfort owning QA processes
Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently
Bonus: Experience with personalization scripting, HTML email best practices, startup environments, or Spanish‑language messaging.
This is a W2‑based contract with potential for health, dental and vision benefits offered through LaSalle Network. This role will pay up to a $40/hr rate.
