The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the digital roadmap to accelerate engagement, lead generation, and brand equity in the Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions division of Hologic. This position oversees all divisional microsites and divisional presence on the Hologic.com website, both HCP and patient-facing. This role manages external email communications and campaigns, integrated end-to-end campaign executions, and lead management, delivering robust web analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate blends strategic vision and creative execution, while bringing a data-driven mindset to the team, ensuring every digital touchpoint is engaging, on-brand, and performance-driven. This role is technical and heavily involved in execution.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain all divisional microsites and Hologic.com presence - maintaining content, structure, functionality, and compliance, to enhance the digital footprint and user experience.

Lead the development and execution of external email communications and campaigns for both HCP and patient audiences - including writing, designing, and deploying emails.

Maintain and optimize segmentation and contact data for improved targeting with campaigns.

Manage and execute the divisional SEO strategy; write compelling copy for emails and SEO-optimized web content, maintaining high standards of brand integrity and messaging consistency.

Manage campaign lead analysis, leveraging dashboards and analytics to track, report, and optimize lead conversion performance.

Deliver actionable insights through regular analytics reporting meetings, showing the impact of the digital marketing channels and key digital marketing initiatives.

Collaborate and manage relationships with internal and external agency partners, to ensure deliverables are on-brand, compliant, and error-free.

Manage budgets, agency SOWs, PO creation, and invoice processing, ensuring operational excellence.

Support divisional and leadership announcements with creative, timely internal email communications.

Champion digital innovation by evaluating new channels and technologies.

Maintain privacy and regulatory compliance and proactive site auditing for operational excellence.

Partner collaboratively with Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Marcom, IS regularly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in digital media, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

8+ years of combined experience in digital marketing, web management, and email marketing.

Experience working in healthcare or life science industry, or a highly regulated MedTech company preferred.

Demonstrated success launching integrated digital campaigns in highly regulated industries.

Deep expertise in digital strategy, web management, marketing automation, and campaign strategy and execution.

Experience with marketing automation platforms (Account Engagement, Marketo, Tailored Mail, HubSpot, or other platforms), building, testing, and deploying emails and marketing automation flows.

Strong analytics, data-driven insights, and reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret and present complex data into actionable insights.

Message strategy and copywriting skills for all email and web communications.

Experience in building email and digital creative assets with programs such as Adobe Creative Suite.

HTML, CSS, or comparable coding experience a plus.

Experience with privacy compliance and web auditing.

Proven ability to balance creative vision with strategic execution.

Demonstrated success working with a CRM to create integrated campaigns and lead management best practices.

Strong project management and budget management skills.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to manage complex digital issues with composure.

Collaborative, team player with ability to strengthen teams and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Primary Location United States- Remote

The annualized base salary range for this role is $107,400 to $179,100 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
