
Digital Marketing Campaign Manager: GAMING

Responsibilities
Lead in‑product digital marketing campaign strategy across console, PC, cloud, and mobile experiences. Manage 20+ monthly campaigns aligned to product priorities, business objectives, and audience insights. Develop messaging and imagery recommendations, audience targeting plans, and frequency guidelines. Propose and execute experiments designed to optimize customer experience and campaign outcomes. Review and interpret campaign performance analytics to drive continuous improvement. Build and maintain consistent communication playbooks for campaign planning and reporting. Partner with Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Planning, Programming, and Design to translate campaign briefs into actionable work for production teams via Azure DevOps. Support partner management for internal and external stakeholders, including large enterprise gaming partners. Contribute to digital marketing go‑to‑market plans and share creative executions and performance reports. Lead onboarding and knowledge transfer for new consultants joining the organization. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or a related field. Strong background in digital marketing campaigns, advertising, media planning, product marketing, or digital merchandising. Experience collaborating with engineering, development, and content management teams. Experience supporting gaming consoles, gaming studios, or gaming‑related digital products is highly preferred. Expertise in digital campaign development and execution. Strong capabilities in copywriting, messaging, and campaign project management. Ability to translate complex campaign requirements into clear briefs for engineering and production teams. Strong analytical mindset for interpreting performance data and driving improvements. Preferred
Experience supporting gaming consoles, gaming studios, or gaming‑related digital products is highly preferred.
