Overview Mission of the Role:

Apex Service Partners is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our marketing team as an email specialist. As part of the CRM team, this role will be responsible for the execution of email marketing Email deliveries on the email delivery platform (Blueshift) using templates and html.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this position will consist of:

Produce and execute email and SMS campaigns, including programing emails from templates, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.

Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails.

Create segmentation for email campaigns through CDP based on consumer analytics into the appropriate customer journey.

Manage and execute email/SMS marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders.

Partner with the CRM Manager and other business owners to create email concepts and campaigns which reflect brand look/feel/voice while achieving business objectives.

Perform render testing across devices, email clients, and ISPs to ensure that emails are rendering correctly for the majority of the subscriber base.

Manage a rigorous calendar of email deployment of email/text campaigns: adhoc, opportunistic and journeys.

Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.

Other email related tasks as needed

Role Requirements:

Ability to execute email campaigns to communicate, educate and call to action through a combination of various support services (Creative, Deployment, etc.) and hands on execution within software solutions (Blueshift and Service Titan)

Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms, preferably Blueshift, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo.

Involvement in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database.

Strong project management skills, Q/A adherence and exceptional attention to detail.

Understand different audiences and how to communicate to them effectively

Keen eye to preserve integrity and voice of our brands and messaging throughout the entire campaign development process

Strong organization and problem-solving skills

Hands-on approach. Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with teams to ensure the highest quality deliverables

Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Ability to interpret email reporting and results to maximize future deployments

Experience:

Undergraduate degree in digital marketing or a related field of experience

3-5 years experience in CRM/email environments

Understanding of dynamic templating language is beneficial

High energy, bias for action, and personal accountability for results.

Data driven decision maker

SMS best practices

Solid knowledge of CRM principles, customer journeys and ESP/CDP tools

Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas – Hybrid office environment – 4 days/wk in office, Wednesdays remote
