
Global Product Owner – Colleague Assistant

Role Description* Manage and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with HR, ZTD, and business partners.* Maintain a backlog of enhancements and new features, balancing global consistency with local needs.* Facilitate agile huddles and ensure clear, actionable requirements for development teams.- **Customer/Employee Experience Design:** Expertise in designing and optimizing digital journeys that drive engagement and satisfaction.- **Knowledge Management:** Experience implementing standard approaches for knowledge management.- **Agile Product Ownership:** Proven ability to write user stories, manage backlogs, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.- **Global & Multilingual Experience:** Track record of delivering products across international markets and languages.- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.- **Interpersonal & Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.* Minimum 8-10
years of progressive experience in product management, product ownership, and/or HR technology leadership roles.* Demonstrated experience delivering digital HR products or platforms at scale, ideally within a global, multi-market environment.* Proven track record of driving successful product launches and adoption in large organizations.* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management and facilitation of Agile ceremonies.* Prior exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) or digital assistants is highly desirable.* Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps.* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in leveraging data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to communicate and present to executive audiences.* Advanced project management capabilities, with a focus on delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.* Solid understanding of change management principles and techniques to drive product adoption.* Ability to balance global standards with local customization needs.* Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and data teams.* Multilingual skills or experience working with multilingual teams is a plus.At , our purpose is to nurture the world and humankind by advancing care for animals.
