
Role Overview
The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the DTC and Affiliate businesses. This role serves as a strategic finance partner to Marketing, Growth, and Commercial teams, delivering actionable insights, driving disciplined decision-making, and improving visibility into the key drivers of revenue, margin, and customer behavior. The role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is expected to influence outcomes through strong business partnership and analytical leadership.
Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for DTC and Affiliate channels, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business strategy
Play a key role in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-range planning cycles, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and risk/opportunity assessments
Own and enhance financial models to evaluate CRM strategies, customer initiatives, and consultant-related investments, providing clear recommendations to leadership
Performance Management & Reporting
Oversee the development, automation, and continuous improvement of standardized weekly and monthly reporting to track performance vs. forecast, prior year, and targets
Lead variance analysis, synthesize key drivers, and clearly communicate risks and opportunities to Finance leadership and senior business partners
Translate complex financial data into concise, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders, influencing strategic and operational decisions
Business Partnership
Serve as a trusted finance partner to Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams by proactively identifying trends, issues, and opportunities across DTC and Affiliate performance
Lead financial analysis for the Affiliate business, including revenue drivers, commission and incentive economics, productivity by segment, retention trends, and overall program profitability
Analyze and interpret core DTC performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, CAC, LTV) to inform forecasts, investment decisions, and growth initiatives
Thoughtfully challenge assumptions and recommendations with data-driven insights while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
Support ad-hoc analyses and executive-level requests in a time-sensitive environment
Process Improvement & Ownership
Drive improvements in forecasting and reporting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across Excel-based models and financial systems
Own documentation, standardization, and continuous enhancement of FP&A tools, models, and methodologies
Demonstrate strong end-to-end ownership of deliverables, timelines, and data integrity
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
6–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role; experience in beauty or CPG strongly preferred
Experience supporting DTC, Affiliate, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses strongly preferred
Advanced Excel skills required; experience with financial planning systems and BI tools a plus (Power BI preferred)
Proven ability to manage complex analyses, multiple priorities, and senior-level stakeholders

Salary Range $91,200 - $148,000
The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, to geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Rodan + Fields’ total compensation package for employees.
