What We Are Seeking OGeez! is seeking a highly creative, idea‑led Graphic Designer who has a passion for brand and packaging design to support our growing business, on a contract basis. This role will work closely with our Creative Director and marketing team to bring OGeez!’s vibrant brand to life across all touchpoints. It is not just production work. We’re looking for someone who understands brand, packaging, retail, and storytelling — and knows how to execute creatively and consistently. This flexible, remote‑friendly contract role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and loves building consumer‑facing brands.
What You’ll Do You will work closely with the Creative Director and cross‑functional teams (sales and marketing) to design and execute:
Brand and visual identity systems
Packaging design and graphic systems
Digital & social media assets (email, web, paid ads, etc.)
Point‑of‑purchase (POP) displays and retail activation materials
Event graphics and experiential design elements
Marketing materials (sell sheets, pitch decks, one‑pagers, trade materials)
Swag and merchandise design
Production‑ready designs across print, digital, and retail
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional design experience (CPG, cannabis, food & beverage, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred)
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and retail
Mastery over a range of visual forms of expression; typography, color, layout, photography, etc.
Strong illustration skills
Exceptional eye with attention to detail
A self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from scratch, and is energized by ownership and autonomy
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Understanding of print production and packaging deadlines
Passion for copywriting and willingness to contribute to creative writing
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a Creative Director
Experience in cannabis design a plus
Engagement Details
Contract role
Estimated 15–25 hours per week (flexible depending on calendar)
Remote available
Project‑based and retainer hybrid structure open for discussion.
