Position Description We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging, learner‑centered training solutions that drive measurable learning outcomes. This role combines instructional design, eLearning development, multimedia creation, and LMS administration to support organizational learning and development initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience designing interactive digital learning experiences and is passionate about translating complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling training content. Candidates with graphic design, animation, and multimedia production experience are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute instructional design projects from concept through delivery
Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using tools such as Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, Camtasia, and Adobe Illustrator
Analyze learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and training strategies
Structure and sequence instructional content using proven instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
Create curriculum by synthesizing large volumes of information into clear, effective learning materials
Develop and maintain learning activities within the Learning Management System (LMS), including training assignments and reporting
Produce engaging multimedia learning assets including videos, animations, graphics, newsletters, and training communications
Design custom illustrations and visual assets that reinforce learning concepts
Evaluate course effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics; implement continuous improvements
Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine learning solutions
Required Skills/Education
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience designing and developing eLearning and digital training content
Hands‑on experience with Articulate 360/Rise/Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative tools
Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, or similar) and adult learning theory
Experience managing LMS platforms, including course setup and reporting
Graphic design, video production, or animation experience strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
Excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder collaboration skills
