
Position Overview
The Director of Operations will oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production flow, KPI achievement, process consistency, and high‑performance results across the facility. This leader must be hands‑on, people‑centric, and deeply collaborative, working closely with functional managers throughout the operation.
The ideal candidate brings long‑term stability in their career, a strong engineering or technical background, and proven experience driving operational excellence through metrics, continuous improvement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations across all manufacturing departments, ensuring seamless production flow and alignment across teams.
Oversee and optimize plant KPIs, including output, quality, safety, on‑time delivery, and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data‑driven methodologies and modern manufacturing technologies.
Partner with all facility managers—including Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance—to ensure cross‑functional collaboration and performance.
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational discipline at every level.
Develop strategic and tactical plans to support long‑term company goals, capacity planning, and organizational growth.
Ensure compliance with all industry, safety, and quality regulations.
Serve as a visible, hands‑on leader on the production floor to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and support teams.
Mentor and develop high‑performing supervisory and management staff.
Required Qualifications
8–10+ years of stable career tenure
in Operations, Manufacturing Leadership, or Plant Management roles. Bachelor’s degree required ;
Engineering degree strongly preferred
(Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, etc.). Must come from a manufacturing environment
with proven success overseeing plant operations. Demonstrated success managing operational KPIs, production workflows, and cross‑functional activities. Strong ability to connect with people at all levels—leaders, managers, supervisors, and frontline associates. Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to be present on the production floor. Proven experience driving consistency, operational structure, and continuous improvement throughout a facility. Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision‑making skills.
