
Summary
MS Technology is seeking an Electrical Designer to support client projects by preparing detailed control panel design drawings using AutoCad Electrical software. The role includes providing QA/QC support, ensuring deliverables meet rigorous standards, and collaborating effectively with the project team.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed design activities to include:
Preparation of control panel drawings using AutoCad Electrical; enclosure front, back plate layout and details, cutout details, associated wiring diagrams and Bill of Materials.
Provides checking support for deliverables.
Design activities are conducted following regimented quality assurance / quality control procedures.
Produce and revise drawing packages in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes and standards
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to ensure accurate and integrated designs
Maintain drawing standards, title blocks, and revision control
Support design reviews and incorporate redlines
Required Experience
High School Diploma
Minimum of three(3) years’ experience utilizing AutoCad Electrical.
Minimum ofthree(3) years’ experience in related field.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Client projects for this position require US Citizenship.
Additional Skills
Excellent customer service and communications skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to effectively manage conflict while balancing multiple schedules and priorities
Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint.
