What you’ll do:
Analyze complex financial statements and credit data to assess risk and support sound lending decisions
Collaborate closely with commercial lenders to structure deals that support business growth
Prepare high-quality credit memos with clear, well-supported recommendations
Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signs
Serve as a thought partner and mentor to junior analysts

Position Requirements
Minimum of 5 years work experience.
Bachelor’s degree required or work experience equivalent; MBA preferred.
Have the ability to use general office equipment.
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and work independently with specific job functions.
Ability to work with the commercial lending staff.
Good knowledge of appraisal and environmental regulations/requirements.
Deadline and detailed oriented and accurate.
Ability to deal with and show discretion in confidential matters.
25% availability to travel outside of 25-mile radius.
Ability to sit, drive, bend, answer the phone and perform computer input.
