Folding Carton Packaging Sales Executive, Miami A leading manufacturer of high-quality folding carton packaging, serving diverse industries with innovative, sustainable, and customized packaging solutions is looking for a results-driven Folding Carton Packaging Sales Executive to lead our business development efforts and drive sales growth in the folding carton segment. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally with Regional Offices, Manufacturing, and R&D teams. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical understanding of packaging with exceptional sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions and long-term value to clients. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development in the folding carton segment, identifying and engaging prospective clients. Expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and strategic account management. Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and contract closure. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams, to align solutions with customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and product innovations to provide value-added insights to clients. Deliver timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior leadership for strategic planning. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand presence and generate leads. Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues related to service, delivery, or product quality, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Proactively contribute to the achievement of company growth targets and strategic initiatives. Qualifications:

B2B sales experience in folding carton packaging or closely related industries. Proven track record of selling technical or customized packaging solutions to SMBs and mid-market clients (national or international). Strong knowledge of material specifications, converting processes, and customer technical requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to travel as needed to support client and business development needs. Prior experience working in or with a folding carton manufacturing plant is highly desirable. Valid drivers license required.
