JobSuite , is a customizable, Salesforce-powered platform that streamlines workflows, scheduling, time tracking, approvals, and collaboration for in-house creative departments and agencies.
We are seeking a
part-time Marketing Coordinator
(approximately 15–25 hours/week, remote-friendly) to drive lead generation and brand visibility for
JobSuite .
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize our
HubSpot -based website, including content updates, landing pages, SEO best practices, forms, and basic automation workflows to support lead capture and nurturing.
Create engaging promotional
videos
using AI-powered tools (e.g., text-to-video platforms, AI editing software) to showcase JobSuite features, benefits, and customer success stories.
Plan and execute
LinkedIn
campaigns focused on B2B lead generation, including organic posting, targeted ads, audience building, and campaign tracking to drive qualified demo requests for JobSuite.
Collaborate on marketing strategy, track performance metrics (e.g., leads, demo bookings, engagement), and report results to help refine our go-to-market efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing
HubSpot
(CRM, website, marketing hub) for content and lead management.
Hands-on ability to produce professional videos using
AI video generation/editing tools
(e.g., Synthesia, Runway, Descript, or similar).
Strong understanding of
LinkedIn
marketing, including campaign setup, ad targeting (job titles, industries like creative services/marketing/advertising), organic content strategy, and lead gen best practices.
Excellent written communication skills for copywriting, email nurturing, and social posts.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a part-time capacity.
Bonus: Familiarity with project management software, creative industry workflows, or Salesforce ecosystem.
