Instructional Designer Hybrid • Plano, TX, US
Location: Plano local is first priority, followed by Reno, NV and Los Angeles. Expectation is to come onsite as hybrid 2 days / week.

Instructional Design Ability to use instructional design software specifically Storyline and Rise Knowledge of adult learning theories and ID Models ex : ADDIE Prior knowledge of training development Write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts and video scripts Interacts with subject matter experts to create training experiences Familiarity with LMS Project Management Complete multiple projects with competing priorities Multi-Tasking Allocating time to and task tracking Communication Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas Influencing across business i.e. stakeholders Collaboration
Skills
Undergraduate degree in HR training, education, communication, English, technical writing or any discipline requiring mastery of oral and written communication skills
Intermediate skill level of Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
Certificate in Instructional Design.
Qualifications - Must Have
