JOB SUMMARY The Multimedia Production Specialist is responsible for the planning, capture, editing, and delivery of high‑quality video, audio, photography, and digital media content supporting internal and external communications. The position is housed within the Marketing and Communications Department and primarily serves that function, while also providing multimedia production support to the Growth Department, Human Resources, and the Executive Leadership Team as part of broader organizational communication needs. This role serves as a key creative and technical contributor to marketing campaigns, employee communications, brand storytelling, social media, digital displays, and live/recorded events. The position is production‑focused and hands‑on, requiring strong technical expertise in video production, audio engineering, post‑production workflows, and live event audiovisual systems. The Multimedia Production Specialist also supports workflow development, content archiving, and production coordination, helping establish and maintain scalable systems.

Video & Audio Production

Capture, edit, and deliver high‑quality video content for marketing, internal communications, social platforms, and digital distribution

Record, mix, and master professional‑grade audio for:

Interviews

Voiceovers

Podcasts

Live and recorded events

Operate professional production equipment including:

Cinema and DSLR/mirrorless cameras

Multi‑point lighting systems

Shotgun, lavalier, and condenser microphones

Digital audio interfaces and field recorders

Execute full post‑production workflows including:

Color correction and grading

Audio cleanup, EQ, compression, and mastering

Closed captioning and accessibility formatting

Video encoding and export optimization

Maintain consistent visual, audio, and brand quality standards across all production deliverables

Photography, Motion Graphics & Visual Content

Capture and edit still photography for marketing assets, internal communications, and events and campaigns

Develop motion graphics and light animation for marketing videos, internal announcements, digital signage and screensavers

Design lower‑thirds, transitions, intro/outro animations, and branded visual treatments

Prepare content in appropriate resolutions, sizes, and aspect ratios for:

Web

Social media

Internal display systems

Digital signage

News, Social & Digital Platform Content

Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to create video‑based news packages, storytelling features, and campaign content

Produce short‑form and long‑form content optimized for web, internal platforms, and social media

Adapt long‑form video into platform‑specific formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Feeds)

Ensure content aligns with brand standards, messaging strategy, and audience engagement goals

Workflow, Process Development & Asset Management

Build and maintain standardized workflows for pre‑production, production, post‑production, and delivery

Establish and maintain file‑naming conventions, media storage structures, backup protocols, and long‑term archiving systems

Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables

Maintain basic equipment inventory and coordinate repair or upgrade needs

Support development of scalable media production systems as demand increases

Administrative & Team Support

Coordinate production schedules with internal stakeholders

Track content requests and project documentation

Participate in marketing and communications planning meetings

Coordinate vendors or freelancers when needed

Maintain technical documentation for production workflows

Live Event & Town Hall Production

Serve as the primary technical production lead for quarterly corporate and departmental town hall events

Manage AV vendors and external production companies and assist with:

Video capture and switching

Live audio mixing and sound reinforcement

Microphone setup (lavalier, handheld, podium, wireless systems)

Lighting for speakers and stage

Projection, LED display, and video playback

Live signal flow between cameras, switchers, audio consoles, and display systems

Live troubleshooting

Develop and coordinate technical run‑of‑show development

Record and edit town hall event content (as needed)

Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and Marketing for full production readiness

Reports To Position Title: Marketing Communication Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Digital Media, Film, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience—required

Work Experience: 2–5 years of progressively responsible experience in video, audio, or multimedia production required; 5–7 years preferred
