This is an in‑office position where you'll apply your Revit and AutoCAD skills to produce high‑quality construction documents, collaborate with talented engineers, and grow your technical expertise in a supportive and innovative environment
What You’ll Do:
Apply company standards to perform Revit and AutoCAD drafting to produce high‑quality construction documents
Communicate with project engineers and managers regarding projects and scheduling
Review completed drafting work and compare with mark‑ups and sketches
Maintain and organize project files according to company protocols
Continuously grow your technical skills and knowledge through internal project experience and mentorship
What You Bring: To succeed as a BIM Designer, you should bring the following skills and experiences:
0–10 years of working knowledge with Revit knowledge and an understanding of AutoCAD
Structural drafting/design experience with steel, concrete, wood, and masonry preferred
Knowledge of construction processes is helpful
Attentive to detail, service‑oriented, and proactive/effective communicator
Approachable, collaborative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong interest in learning and growing within a structural engineering environment
